Elemmírë was born to the Noble House of Vorondil, for generations House Vorondil has been a leading family in government. During the civil war House Vorondil gave great support to the Marduuks. Unfortunately, however, most of Elemmírë’s family died during the War and he was raised by his maternal grandfather, Edhradril.

Education and Military Service

Vorondil went to the local primary and secondary schools in his home town of Ost-in-Eleni ar Isil. His teachers would say that Vorondil had a great love for the arts and culture and caring little for math and science. He also was a star athlete competing in gymnastics, water polo, track and field, rugby, and ski jumping. He played the violin, piano, and viola for his schools Orchestra and preformed in many school productions.

Like all children after graduating from secondary education went into military service for two to three years. He was stationed in the army at the base in Anúminas, the capital of Arthendien; the province of his birth. He ended his military career with the rank of Second Lieutenant. After his time in the military the government allowed him to attend the Univerity of Anúminas, he majored in Tomanian cultural studies, Marduuk law, and history.

While at Anúminas University he joined the Mityavalari, a very exclusive closed society. In his second year he met his future wife, the Lady Alatáriel, they married later after graduation. In 1987, Elemmírë Vorondil applied for Party membership, he was the first of his house to apply, and was grated membership in late August.

Politics and the Formation of the Committee

He graduated in 1992 and soon married Alatáriel. He then became an active member in Party politics, serving three times in the Provincial Committee of Arthendien, before being recalled by the Imperial Security Bureau and was recruited into Interrogations. He was soon reassigned into the Coalition for Progress under both the Ministry of Law & Order and the Imperial Security Bureau.

In 2000, Miklós Hedikai, Claritia Eärfalas, Wensicia Hedikai, Elrohir Cúthalion, Camthal Nénharma and Adanadhel Aeglar secretly met in Miciah to discuss what is to be done in order to preserve the ideals of Tomania while incorporating the ideology of the Marduuk. They came up with the Imperial Committee for the Preservation of a Pure Tomanian Society and for Cultural Cleansing, needless to say the name of the committee would express the importance of it and what it does. The leaders appointed Vorondil, by the recommendation of both Eärfalas and Cúthalion.

Appointed Director of the “Committee for Purity”

Vorondil was shocked when he was appointed head of one of the most powerful organs of Tomanian government. Though taken aback by the recent promotion, it was a happy one. Vorondil’s cunning, charisma, and intelligence have brought this committee to become the most powerful, executive echelon in the Empire. He has managed to take his subordinate committee to become above law, and he has become more influential in the empire than he had ever dreamt he would. Though, not a foolish man, he knows that his committee is closely watched the VSV, in fact the Internal Protective only duty is to closely watch his Committee.

Officially, the Imperial Committee for the Preservation of a Pure Tomanian Society and for Cultural Cleansing, many refer to is simply as the Committee for Purity, or simply the Committee (Rintura).
