The Right Honorable Elizabeth Anagrams, MS is the thirty-fourth Primary Director of the Eastern Havenic Empire. Anagrams is the current leader of the Imperial Libertarian Party, attaining this position after four consecutive successful and productive terms on the Council of Lords. Making a bid for Primary Director in the 2007 election, Elizabeth defeated her predecessor Vince Gallens by a landslide vote, leaving both Gallens and the minor parties in the lower percentiles of the vote. Elizabeth is an insanely popular politician in Cravan, with her policies favorable for both the Conservative and Libertarian parties. Her pro-business methods are noted for winning over a large percentage of the more libertarian conservatives in the 2007 election, added on to support from her own party. With this large support base, Elizabeth was able to take the office of Primary Director and fill her cabinet with Libertarian candidates who were in line with her own policies.

Personal Life

Elizabeth Miranda Kenworth was born on May 14th, 1962 to Mr. and Mrs. Peter Kenworth, owners of a wealthy Oured-based shipping business. Most of her early childhood was spent attending the Klepston School for Girls, a prestigious institution in central Oured for Catholic girls born to high-income families. During her summers Elizabeth would work with her father at Kenworth Shipping, often taking on tasks onboard frieghters and cargo ships bound for nearby nations in the Golden Triangle. At an early age Elizabeth began working with her father's company's finances, helping to balance the budget and give her insight into the businessworld, which would prove very valuable in her future.

At the age of 24 she graduated from Lylesworth University majoring in Business and minoring in Political Sciences. Immediately after graduation Elizabeth was granted the position of Vice President of Kenworth Shipping, putting the public relations and finance divisions of Kenworth under her jurisdiction. She worked tirelessly, helping her father bring his wealthy business up and turn it into a multi-billion crave empire. Kenworth became a worldwide shipping company, offering world-class service. Under her leadership and guidance the public relations division became more efficient and effective in garnering more deals for the company, and the finance department processed orders quickly and efficiently.

At the age of 29, Elizabeth married Jonathon Anagrams, a notable son of an oil baron from Laurana. He was in a similar position with his father, taking on a vice-president position of Anagram Oil and Heating and helping his father manage the business empire. The two wed in the southwestern hills of Cravan, and honeymooned in Aurelias. Their marriage produced three children, two boys and one girl, and the two remain married to this day.

Political Life

At the age of 32, in the elections of 1991, Elizabeth ran for a position on the Council of Lords, representing her home province of Basseton. Running on the Libertarian ticket, Anagrams won by a slight margin, and was ushered into a successful term. Her attempted reforms won further support for her, and thus her next three elections were easily won against the opposition.

Elizabeth is a noted hardline Libertarian, taking on some classical liberal views as well. She is heavily pro-business and pro-individual rights, and her support for labor unions and workers is somewhat limited to basic rights and responsibilities, and basic protection. Her background allows her to easily maintain a campaign, as her net worth is estimated to be in excess of ç20 billion.

Election to Primary Director

Elizabeth was named leader of the Imperial Libertarian Party in April of 2007, and immediately she set one of her primary goals as winning back the Cabinet from conservative Vince Gallens. Support for Gallens administration had been dwindling somewhat since increased tensions with the Questarian Imperium arose over a looming conflict between Questers and Gholgoth. With widespread support for Elizabeth, the election was an easy victory for the rising star.

Future Plans

Elizabeth has noted future plans include an attempt to cease many interventionist policies which were set in place by Gallens, and to reinforce Cravan's position as an economic power on the world stage. Shortly into her term Elizabeth's first act as Primary Director was to appoint Sir David Koslin as her Deputy Primary Director, a controversial yet accepted move. Her intentions on the matter, thusfar, are unknown.
