Dame Elizabeth FitzHerbert DeVille Cutler-Newington, DCRC, is a Cobdenian diplomat currently serving as ambassador to Omigodtheykilledkenny. Following service abroad in Freedonia and Ecopoeia, Cutler-Newington is widely credited with an improvement of relations with the Federal Republic after her predecessor, Major Stanislav Splurtburger-Casterlontz-Frusnik-Mushlaclan, was gunned down by the penguin mafia for having a really stupid name. She has been romantically linked both to Sir Rory Relp, the Cobdenian Secretary of State for Foreign and Regional Affairs, and President Manuelo Fernanda; in fact, the two men are rumored to have gotten into fisticuffs at a state visit on Tiki Taki, when Relp supposedly found the president and the ambassador going at it on Fernanda's desk.
A prominent nudist in her home country, Cutler-Newington has been featured in several photographic spreads in glamour magazines.
