Prince Elrond nos-Glorfindel, is the Governor-Consul-General of the Imperial Province of Tantomanya and a Prince of Upper Tomania. He is the cousin to Her Majesty the Empress. He was appointed to his post during the Fourth Party Congress.
Prince Elrond, is well liked by the people in his province and is known to randomly go to people's houses and ask them out for drinks, to which he is known as the "Citizen Prince".
