The son of Emperor Tyrantis II. He is the current ruler of Tyrantis. The kindest Emperor yet to rule he gives the people "some" rights and rules with respect rather than fear. He killed his own insane father during a civil war in the nation. Was one of those responsible for getting GCON out of the dark ages. Died in the battle for control of GCON with Undertakers_Ministry.
