A relatively new nation, The Empire of DHara is ruled by DHara Secundus. Currently consisting of seven nations, 5 conquered and one merged, it is a budding Empire of thriving Imperialism and economy. Specializing in weapons manufacture, and sporting the best trained personal bodyguards and assassins in the known universe, not to mention a well oiled and battle hardened army. Led by Master Nathan Rahl to whom there is a mandatory devotion everyday at noon in order to keep the bond active. The lead advisor and Foriegn Policy Coordinator is Cara of the MordSith.
