En-Bal-Nuba II. I-Moodam was the second King of Moodam 1286-1320 ONA.He was the son and successor of En-Kin-Kish II. I-Moodam .Around 1313 ONA he recovered the teritory around the river Majis from Dohlepur,whose King Elimun I. I-Dohlepur took it in 1000 ONA and killed the Dohlepur king Illbashum II. I-Dohlepur in the process.He was succeeded by his son En-Mer-Bassa II. I-Moodam .
