En-Melugabal II. I-Moodam was the King of Moodam 1676-1709 ONA .He was a son and successsor of En-Mer-Kaba II. I-Moodam .
"Bartu-Togh" (posibly the half-legendray Xi-Xia khan) is said to have given "tribute unto him".He was succeeded by his son En-Kin-Kish III. I-Moodam .
