En-Men-Pille II. I-Moodam was the King of Moodam 1392-1430 ONA.He was a son of En-Mer-Anga-Kish III. I-Moodam .He showed many symptoms of paranoia:He had three sons,but killed them all because of "treason". He passed a law that all the nurses of the royal family be beheaded every two months and replaced by new ones,taken from slaves. He died during a batle against Dohlepur and was succeeded by his son En-Kug-Illi II. I-Moodam .
