En-Mer-Bassa II. I-Moodam was the King of Moodam 1320-1353 ONA.He was a son of En-Bal-Nuba II. I-Moodam .In 1341 ONA he was forced by his son and successor En-Mer-Anga-Kish III. I-Moodam to fight Dohlepur,ecause En-Mer-Anga-Kishhad abducted a Dohlepur princess and married her forcedly. He died in 1353 ONA.
