With the Soviets introducing their Tesla Troopers, the Allies thought they were behind somewhat, so they boosted the reasearch on miniaturization of the Prism Cannon, and the result was the Enforcer, an infantry version of the Prism Tank. Enforcers are more powerful anthropoid enemies than Grunts, with a more futuristic theme, armed with a laser blaster (Prism weapon) and wearing a vacuum/armor suit with a battery backpack, with the helmet containing a face mask, and thus have a heavy breathing sound like Darth Vader. They are pretty effective against enemy structures and infantry, but pretty useless against armored units, but if combined with G.G.I.'s the result can be a force to be reckoned with. Enforcers can be also considered as Allied early siege troopers. Due to their specific armor-type, Enforcers cannot be attacked by enemy Attack Dogs. When killed, five energy cells can be retrieved from their backpacks. The Dominion and the Syndicate also use Enforcers.

Quake Enforcers

The leader of Chaos, Shub-Niggurath (oftentimes known only under its newest codename, Quake) employs Enforcers that have apparently been warped by its influence (similar to the Grunt of Chaos). These soldiers shout "Stop!" "You there!" and "Freeze!", making them the only monsters of Chaos to speak intelligible English. They were propably members of a strike team dispatched to the Chaos Zone to combat the death squads that emerged from the dimension when the teleporter research went haywire.
