The Impërator Erik von Blätterschplitt was born on March 15, 19?? to the then King of Edolia, Derik von Blätterschplitt and a concubine by the name of Sarsi. He is the current ruler of the Socialist Empire of Edolia and is considered to be his nation's finest ruler. Erik von Blätterschplitt is credited with building upon the reforms made by his father and turning Edolia from a semi-fascist monarchy into the economic powerhouse and socialist parliamentary monarchy it is today.

Erik von Blätterschplitt can be mostly defined as a political pragmatist, and adheres to no particular dogma.
