Esfaer Khast Donovan (Pronunciation: Ezz-FAY-air Donovan) is an Ivorilan politician, former (22nd) First Minister of Ivorila, and current High Commander of the Ivorilan Defence Army. His position as First Minister was occupied by Laertes Clark on the 19th August, 2051.
He has maintained his position as High Commander of the Ivorilan Defence Army since he was appointed, on 9th September, 2051.
