Espinal is the capital of the less important state of Cafundeu, and because of that its importance is low too. It's good for business, but not as Cafundó do Juta or Lasft. It's also a historical city, with many beautiful buildings.
The city also has a good security and healthcare, but education is poor there. Once per year a great food festival is held there, the Alimenfest. Espinal is also known for its many political debates.
It's called the city of republic resistance because it's the headquarters of the CRE(Comando Republicano Espinalense), under the leadership of the Governor Olivier Derrod(Doutor Careca), but is still under command of the emperor.
