Ethee VII. was the king of the Peleveunians 489-441. He was the son and heir to Ethee VI..

He colected his laws in the work Etheyiniara ,witch became the basis of the modern Peleunevenian laws.

He forbade the killing of slaves for pleasure and defined in witch manner a man may become a slave. He also instituted some slave protection laws and himself set all his slaves free.

The direfence between the slaves that were set free in Peleunevenia and in Rome were that the slaves of Peleunevenia, upon release, became free men with all the rights of such and were given a small part of land by the King.

But only the King could free slaves and only those of his family, his ministers and a few houses of the Aristocracy, acording to an old agreement between the clans, known as Irish-Kathe . In other cases a slave could become free only if he would marry a free man/woman and even then the marriage must have been aproved by either the King or a Minister of the King entrusted with the authority to do so.He did not free all the slaves in Peleunevenia, yet tried to make life more easy for them and laid ground for the slave freeing of 85 AD.

He died 441 and was succeeded by his son Oauld I..
