Eugene Overstreet is a Starblaydi swimmer. His speciality stroke is the Freestyle over 400 metres, for which he was sent by the Starblaydi Athletic Association to the Tyrellian Ylompic Games in Casari to compete.
He managed a silver medal in Kaze Progressa in the 400 metre freestyle, as well as Qualifying for the 400 metre medley. He was sent to Casari for both those event, plus the 1500 metre freestyle. Before the rise to fame of Randy Richter, he was widely regarded as the finest swimmer in Starblaydia.
In Tyrellia he claimed two bronze medals, though in his trademark event - the 400 Free - he failed to qualify for the Final.
