This program - operated by the Eurasia Magnus Council - has been used to alter the very history of the universe over 2300 times. A side-effect of this program has been the Trans-Dimensional Portal, which allows member nations to travel to other worlds and destroy them in all-out warfare!
Nations within Eurasia Magnus have nominal diplomatic relations with nations in Idiotland, The Kayante Sea, Durhamium, and Publinium.

Eurasia Magnus Council
The Eurasia Magnus Council is a multi-national organization created for the purpose of strengthening international relations between the nations of Eurasia Magnus and the other regions of NationStates. The Williamsport Conference, beginning on January 11, 2005, and held in Williamsport, Wendellia, was the first official meeting of the proposed Council, and is where various proposals were debated at length, overturned, and then finally agreed to. The Constitution of the Eurasia Magnus Council came into affect on February 9, 2005.
