Eurasian Workers
Full Nation Name: The Grand Syndicate Federation of Eurasian Workers
Short Hand Name: Eurasian Federation, Grand Syndicate, Eurasian Workers
I.D. Letters: EW
Current Leader: None
Government Type: United autonomic communities.
The Eurasian Federative society is organized as follows:
Worker/School Unions --- Village/Block Committees
Union Central --- City/District Syndicate HQ
Regional Syndicate
Syndicate Senate
General Committee
The Federation goal is to become a class- and stateless society. The economic and political power is no longer in the hands
of an elite and the means of production is in the democratic control of the society by various Unions and Committees.
This means that all those who are affected by a decision have the right to participate in the decision-making process. No group however, may act in contradiction to common resolutions. Larger groups of people reach decisions via Union/Committee representatives. The task of representation rotates within the entire group structure and representatives are given limited authority and their powers may be revoked, thus ensuring that no elite arises and promotes its own interests.
The Federation is based on self-management and autonomy and reject party politics as a mean of social transformation and authoritarian models of state-socialism such as the dictatorship of the proletariat.

The Grand Syndicate Federation of Eurasian Workers is a massive, socially progressive "nation", renowned for its complete lack of prisons and class hierarchies. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 1,634 billion have a measureless count of civil rights and enjoy the freedom of getting all they need from local distribution centers and take part in all decisions on local and federative basis.
It is difficult for an outsider to tell where the omnipresent socio-economic organization stops and the rest of society begins because of the simple fact that they are the same. The Society it is mainly concerned with Education and Social Equality, although Social Welfare and Healthcare are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 0% because everything is owned and maintained collectively. Private enterprise is not illegal, but no one wants any of that. But some local farmers of the Federation do enjoy a slick and highly efficient black market in Beef-Based Agriculture.
School uniforms are not compulsory but very common, people are classified as male, female, or genderqueer if classified at all. Crime is totally unknown.
The Federative currency is the Eurasian Dollar which is mostly used when trading with foreigners and other countries.

Army:
The absence of central command (even thou the Syndicate Senate war council “Eurasian Workers Militia Revolutionary Committee” act like coordinator) bring many problems in times of warfare. The time to mobilize is very short however . The most strategic positions can be fortified and the people there armed and ready in less then a day since warned.
The entire Federation can be fully mobilized in a couple of days.

Climate
The climate of the Eurasian Federation is considerably drier than Western and Central European climate. Summer is hot everywhere in the Federation, and winter is rather soft, but unstable on the northern side and usually stable warm on its southern side. Spring is colder than autumn in mountains. In May, rivers begin to fill by melted snow water, and this is the time for travelling on tourist vessels. And for the cyclist-tourists, pedestrians, and especially for trekkers even June is not a good time for travelling. Autumn begins at the end of August. This is the most safety (in the meaning of foul weather) sunny period for travelling in local mountains. Often September and the first part of October are just the most cloudless, the driest and the warmest.
Media
Daily Eurasian Worker (DEW) - The federative newspaper that gathers news from local papers around the Federation, also available in foreign countries DEW is printed in the English language.
Of course hundreds of committee/union and other organisation and local newspapers exist free from influence. The average Eurasian farmer/city dweller prefers the local paper or his/her organisations printed news sooner then the DEW.
The Eurasian Telegram Agency- A federative radio and TV broadcasting service.
