The European Union is a large NationStates region. It is a pacifist region, with many active role-players.
European Union offers world-wide roleplaying, allowing you to choose a location anywhere in the world. With its own superpowers, rogues, and facists, the European Union promises much to roleplayers.

- Quargistani troops prepare for a war against Morroco over the Strait of Gibraltar. While Morocco has claimed the Canary Islands to itself.
- Japanese Troops invade the Phillipines recieving warfare from other nations along the way. Two new nations have also formed over the area: Brunei and Celcia
- The Italian Federation has collapsed with various parts under control by various governments. Sicily was proclaimed independant, and a Muslim kingdom has evolved in the north
- A new terrorist organization to rival the GLA which has recently suffered the loss of 3 kingpins.
- Tensions over Albania increase and threats of war begin.
- The Treaty of Suwon was recently signed, signaling Vexasian surrender to Yugoslavian/Soviet forces.
