Evility was founded by Craziness and Weirdnes a few years ago in either late 2002 or early 2003. C&G as she was called soon recruited the region up to about 60 nations. Her sister region was Mercia led by The Sycamore Trees. Late 2003 however C&G announced her retirement from the game at the same time as Sycamore. In a dramatic twist before her retirement she revealed that C&G, Sycamore and the Deputy in Evility was all her.
In the aftershock of this announcement a new Delegate was put in place, a man named Endier. A nation called Emperor Mathuis then started recruiting and was made Minister of Recruitment. He rapidly recruited the region up to 140 nations and was made Minister of Defence as well and then Vice-Delegate.
Later on Endier carelessly let his friends share his computer and he was ejected from the U.N. Emperor Matthuis being his deputy had the second most number of endorsements and Endier ejected him from Evility so the older nation Alamoet would gain the Delegacy.
Emperor Matthuis was then given sanctuary in Mercia the Next Generation by Playa Chk is Back. They soon became friends and Emperor Matthuis asceded to the Delegacy there. Eventually he felt the time was right and moved back to Evility.
Endier's U.N puppet Lucretius was not in charge. On his return EM was swiftly made Co-Delegate and began recruiting nations back up to its height as it had slipped in his absence.
The golden age of Evility had dawned and it became one of the premier player created regions in NationStates. It was an invading region and even had a recruitment centre for nations that weren't recruited by telegram.
Endier had begun neglecting his duties and EM soon had control of the region himself. However Emperor Matthuis's enemy and rival Alamoet was promoted to Delegacy and began overriding his decisions.
Around this time Nemphesis a long time resident was made Minister of Reception by Emperor Matthuis and was then promoted quickly again to Defence and Recruitment.
Later however numbers slipped and the golden era had finished. Emperor Matthuis announced his retirement of Delegacy and was swiftly followed by Endier's.
Nemphesis then asceded the Delegacy with Alamoet and they ran the region together for a time. Nemphesis then began ejecting nations so he could refound it. When it was cleared a hawker got in before them and recreated the region and mocked it on the RMB.
Nemphesis then recreated it when it had died off and it now contains 8 nations. On Emperor Matthuis's return he was ejected because of accusations of traitor by Alamoet.
