The Federal District is an administrative region of Bedistan, separating the capital city of Columbia from the neighboring provinces of Neshoba and Paruvia. It was formed in Bedistani year 2004 when the original state of Columbia was renamed to Paruvia and the national capital became independent of any state. The district consists entirely of the city of Columbia.
