Felix Dzerzhinsky

During the upheaval of the Dyelli Beybian Civil War, Felix Dzerzhinsky appeared as a leader among the Communist rebels. His organisational skills allowed him, in conjunction with Otto Himmler, to form a new secret police force in Dyelli Beybi to help root out supporters of Tzar Henry IV. Since then the Cheka has come to dominate Dyelli Beybian internal affairs, it is said nothing goes on in the country that isn't monitored by the Cheka. Felix, as head of the organisation is possibly the most feared man in Dyelli Beybi.
