The Liberal Intelligence Empire of Fernetti

The Liberal Intelligence Empire of Fernetti is a nation found in the region of Liberalia. It has more then a billion citizens (Numbers are still growing) and is known for it's devotion to peace, love and Democracy.

Political ideology

Fernetti's political ideologies are typically Left-Wing and Liberal. The government's main devotion is to civil liberties and equality. In Fernetti, Marijuana is legalized, as well as Abortion (Up to a certain period of time) and Same Sex marriages. In addition, there is no censorship on television. Instead, people at home have to censor what shows they want their children watching. The government was formed by a group of politicians and philosophers who wanted to devote a country dedicated to understanding and compassion. The government that formed Fernetti were converts to buddhism and greatly based the government on their relgion. The government believed there was too much hate, misunderstanding and ignorance in the world, and that people and the government were too hostile. They believed hate was due to not understanding others and greatly preached tolerance and kindness to others. This may explain why Fernetti is full of rehabilitation centers that people are sentenced to instead of prisons.

Fernetti is a place conservatives tend to avoid. The Fernatian government accepts others philosophies, but the government's philosophy is typically against a conservatives' view due to their nature in favor of civil liberties and equality. Interestingly, although from an outlook Fernetti may seem very liberal, it is evidently more moderate with left leanings as nationstates names it an "Inoffensive Centrist Democracy".

History

Fernetti originally formed in the north pacific. It switched through many nations until it found The Democratic World Alliance. This region led by Adisen greatly impressed the Fernettian government and made them become active region members instantly. For months, Fernetti continued to reside and participate in The Democratic World Alliance until a great position was oftered when the military commander of The DWA dropped out. Fernetti took this positon with great honor. However, there were no wars or battles during his run.

The UN Delegate known as Ryme for unknown reasons deleted their nation. Fernetti took this as a great oppurtunity to run under the democratic nominee. In additon to him, Gun Fighters and the brutally oppress ran. Only a few people voted and Fernetti won the election by a close shot. Unfortunatley, right before Fernetti was elected regional activity coincidently took a decline and continued through fernetti's run. Most user's simply did not care enough to log on and get active. Fernetti and the likes of Gun Fighters and Ryme tried to encourage people to join the region and have people participate but attempts failed. On April, 21, 2006, Fernetti resigned as Delegate and left The DWA.

In search of a region with a more organized system of government and a forum, Fernetti found Liberalia. It was election time and instantly, just like DWA, The government of Fernetti got very active and made a name for themselves.

In nearly a week, Fernetti joined The Liberal Party of Liberalia and became so active in the election, the newly appointed prime minister Carops, oftered the country the job as secretary of affairs. In addition, the government soon bonded with the government of Curiaistan, head of the liberal party. Curiaistan soon appointed Fernetti Vice Chair of the Liberal party and these two honors made Fernetti a part of Liberalian history.
