Ffoulkes Palace

Ffoulkes Palace is the official residence of the High King of the Resurgent Dream in the Principality of Farinor. It is located in the Farinori capital of Bharat.

Ffoulkes Palace was built in 1516 by order of High Queen Corrina. Additions have been made in subsequent centuries.

Ffoulkes Palace is in reality a compound containing a number of palaces, gardens, temples, and even a hall for music. All is contained within the 3 mile perimeter spanned by the palace complex's 68 foot red sandstone. The palace has two gates, the Dalmiya Gate and the Labhsha Gate. The Dalmiya Gate is by far the grandest, opening into the inner Edulbehram Gate. It is always used for state entrances although it is not reserved for them and can be used by tourists and staff when not in use for ceremonial purposes. The Labhsha Gate is normally only used for day-to-day comings and goings. Ffoulkes Palace is by far the largest palace in the Resurgent Dream and has a total of 1,823 rooms in all of its buildings combined.
