14 Financial Center is a skyscraper along the Buller River within the financial district of Salisbury. It owns the title as the tallest building within the northern financial district, at 290 meters (950 feet). It was completed in 2006, and serves as the worldwide headquarters of the Gray Group, one of the worlds largest financial service firms.
Although it appears as one large structure, in reality it consists of 3 tall towers linked together at the base, halfway, and top of the building. The gaps in between the interlinked towers assist in relieving stress between the buildings that result due to it's large width.
