Is Cookesland's Deputy UN Delegate. She assists Richard York with his daily tasks around the UN. Her main job is to assume the resposibilities of the UN Ambassador of Cookesland should anything happen to the current one. She once served as The Cookeslandic Ambassador to Cookborough and has since moved up the rungs of the State Department.
