The flag of the Democratic Republic of Patricania

The flag of the Democratic Republic of Patricania consists of a canton containing the former red, blue, and white tricolor of Patriconia, and a circle of twelve stars in the lower quarter, all on a dark blue field. The tricolor canton signifies the history of Patricania, as it was once the largest region of Patriconia before the latter fell into anarchy, and eventually became a dictatorship. The twelve stars represent the twelve former Patriconian states that came together to form the new nation of Patricania.
