The Founding
One of the many groups of refuges who left Spoonmenistan, the Forkanians fled to the south-east and began the country of Forkania. The country was original small but quickly expanded and easily modified their life style to their new lands, using the native Monkey Rats as food and quickly learning how to farm using the great river that runs through the land.
Early History
El Shocko, the rebellious lord who led the people to Forkania was delcared the lord of land. He quickly expanded the country to the south, the Forkanians forced to fight off the zealous tribes.
After Shocko's death, Lord Reginald Shockantus came to the throne. A megolomaniac, he conqored more of the south and then started in to attack the east and if not for the forces of Kurastor and Guahwan, the islands may of been taken. After the assasination of this maniac it was revealed he had invented a bizzare machine he called a "Reginald's Omega Battle Ogre Titan" or ROBOT for short. Soon these where massed produced and quickly took over the country.
But a rebelion soon occured thanks to the leadership of Lord Shockantus the second. The humans fought the machines and eventually beat them at the battle of the barn (So named after the barn where the ROBOT was firsted spoted.
After this the population began to rebuild their lives but they quickly fell into a conflict with the neibouring land of Mattalattastan and soon after war had began between them. Hell oo and Kirastor and Guahwan to fight against the common enemy and fought to a draw.
Mactopia War I
Several Years later Forkania was struck by civil war. After the discovery of an ancient pyramid beneath the sands of the desert, a mysterios terroist group known as the Brotherhood of the Undead Monkey Rat began bombing the capital. Soon other attacks began and within days the country was split in half and it took several months before the terroists were beaten back but by then Kirastor and Guahwan attacked southen Mactopia. The goverment declared this an act of war and counter-attacked, so the war started.
Mattalastan allied itself with Forkania and Hell oo with Kirastor and Guahwan. The fighting was long and hard but after a year of fighting the attacking forces surrended, allowing Forkania and Mattalastan to expand their lands even further.
Lord Shockantus the third, also known as Shockantus of the machine eyes was killed during the war while leading an attack against the Kurastains, and Lord Shockantus the forth came to the throne.
Aftermath
Several years passed, Forkania rebuilt it's empire as best as it could, the middle territories having become a nuclear wasteland. The Forkanians now must battle the various tribes of bandits and mutants in the dark lands of Forkania.
Geography
Forkania is a costal country, neibouring the countries Mattalattastan, Lucky123 and EDzopia.
The southen territories are mainly lush rainforest, positively teeming with wildlife, this is home to the infamous Brotherhood of the Undead Monkey Rat terrorist group who's key members still remain at large. During Mactopia War I, several parts of this land became nuclear deserts which are yet to be fully explored thanks to the various Bandit groups and mutants that infest the area.
The Northen territories are mostly grassland and desert. This area is also renowed for it's vast pyramids and ancient archutecture which ranges from ancient villages to bizzare pyramids. It's this region which contains the city Forkentia, which is the seat of power in Forkania. Here the many Forkanian rulers have set up their goverments. The area is also famous for the river Lile which runs through it.
