A Fox Kabob, also known as fox on a stick, fox ke-bab and many other names, is the favorite main course of residents of The Phoenix Milita. The most common preparation consists of 3 to 5 cube shaped hunks of fox meat skewered on a wooden stick with peppers, onions and/or potatoes in between the sections of meat. The entire assembly is preferably roasted over a hot charcoal grill, but pan-fried, flame broiled and even deep fat fried Fox Kabobs are common. Red Fox Restaurants currently offer over 32 varieties of Fox kabobs on their menu and fox meat is a number 1 seller in supermarkets due to the popularity of fox kabobs and ever-growing fox population.
