Franberrian Military Preparation Levels consists of 6 Levels
Level 5: Normal peacetime setting, military is in normal alert, and in peacetime strength
Level 4: Units in "dangerous areas" are put on medium alert
Level 3: All units are put on medium alert. Units in "dangerous areas" are put on high alert. Land, air and sea patrols increase
Level 2: All units are put on high alert. Patrols are increased, reservists are ordered to be ready to mobilize within 48 hours. The Homeland Defence Organization(HDO) may raise alert level of its units.
