Capital city: Bloupaarl
Former German freestate in the eastern sectors of Guffingford. A dry and barren land with scattered forests, Neu-Bayern has large but underdeveloped industrial areas. After Gooshen collapsed, a Bundesstate was created and Neu-Bayern ceased to exist. Neu-Bayern was created after several treaties to satisfy Lutheran Germans who wished to have their own state. Neu-Bayern was a popular safehaven of many criminals, including the legendary Ed Rappen. Some people say he hid his treasure in this freestate. This adds to the tourist value of the Neu-Bayern region.
