French Pirates

In many circles there are widely known to be tales of a roving band of Frenchmen wandering the earth. Typically they will seize controls of a region, secure themselves from any possible recapture, and mock the inhabitants. Usually they speak in utter and total jibberish about the superiority of French people, stupid americans, and horses although sometimes hippos with low self-esteem. The French prefer to prey on Americans, although no target possibly considered vulnerable is safe from their attacks. They are also known as the Pirates. These are possibly Farkers, but nobody can say for sure.
