Fuhrer Richtoff

Fuhrer Richtoff is the knowledgeable leader of the Armed Republic of Kampfers. Before becoming dictator, he served for 3 years as a senator. Upon his election as Chancellor, he suspended the legislative brench of the government and assumed totalitarian powers. While other nations view him as a cruel dictator enforcing his will among oppressed subjects, his people view him as their benevolent father. He has guided Kampfers out of vague times and has them headed on the fast track to success. Once he assumed dictatorial status, he quickly appointed his closest friends to high ranking governmental positions, including the current UN ambassador John Schindle.
