• Became as state-secretary of foreign affairs after a political row where she replaced a green state-secretary in an otherwise left-wing SLP/KGP coalition
• Seen as very influential in the Foreign Ministry as state-secretary.
• Elected by the RCPK as leader in the elections after the van der Laan II cabinet.
• Elected Prime Minister of Knootoss, heads SLP/RCPK coalition
