The Most Excellent Federation of Geevesustekastanilonia was created in March of 2005, after plans first being put down in December of 2004 for the creation of the nation. The nation consists of a reasonably small island in the South Atlantic Ocean.
History
Geevesustekastanilonia, during the first stages of planning in December 2004, was originally given the much longer name of "Geevesustekastanilonianiatropolislandaviada" by its founders, Giles Crisfield, Lucas Wagner, and Martin Kaiser. The name was shortened after its official creation due to size constraints. After the picking out of a suitable place for the nation, the next step was creating a capital. The capital, in the west section of the nation, was named "G" by Wagner due to its "appropriateness". Wagner, the driving force behind the nation's creation, designed the government system, and put forth the basic ideals the country was founded on. After long and arduous debates, the plans were finalized and the nation came into being on March 13, 2005.
Government
The Geevesustekastanilonian government is headed by the Ali Baba (official title: His Majestic Legality The Ali Baba). After that, it is spread into two wings: the Appointed and Elected Wings. The Appointed Wing is headed by the Vice Ali Baba (official title: His Leadership of the Appointed Wing The Vice Ali Baba), with a Secretary-General directly underneath him, and a Council (comprised of 5 Councillors) underneath the Secretary-General. The Appointed Wing is largely defunct, due to the prevalent pro-democracy movement, and therefore holds little power.
The Elected Wing is headed by the Prime Minister (official title: His Leadership of the Elected Wing The Prime Minister), with a Deputy Prime Minister underneath him, followed by a Cabinet and the Representatives. Elections take place every 3 years, in which the public votes for a Representative for their area, and a Prime Minister. The Deputy Prime Minister and Cabinet are chosen by the Prime Minister out of the elected Representatives.

Geography
Geevesustekastanilonia is comprised of two major provinces; East and West Geevesustekastanilonia. Inexplicably, West Geevesustekastanilonia is on the east side of the nation, and vice versa. G, the nation's capital, is located in East Geevesustekastanilonia. The main road of G is Jingleheimer-Schmidt Boulevard, home to the majority of the city's business. The nation's physical geography consists of mountains and vast forests, except around the cities, which is mostly barren wasteland.
