Policies and Laws:

1.) Equality: All ministers and cabinet members are equal in standing.
2.) Voting and proposing for a law: Proposed laws are to be placed under the heading of nation forum. These proposals are present for two days. In these two days all members of the region can vote once. Minister and cabinet votes are worth two points, while public votes are worth one vote. After two days .. If the proposal has a majority of points, it passes.
3.) Ministers: No minister may interfere in the business of another.
4.) Voting Time length: Votes last 2 days. All votes end 6:00PM (USE), and 11:00PM (Brit) on that day. Majority rules on votes. Ties keep the vote going for another day unless everyone has voted (that is unlikely going to happen knowing no one votes anyway, and no one really ever votes against anything) than the Minister of Law will toss a coin (head's for, tail's against). If there are 0 votes for the proposed law (I don't know how that would happen because the person making the proposal will hopefully vote for it) then the law is denied.

UN Delegate

a) The post of UN delegate will be held by a nation who is not a member of Cabinet. If a Cabinet member is elected as UN delegate, they will immediately resign their Cabinet post.
b) Cabinet Members will be appointed by the UN delegate, on the recommendation of the President or 2/3 of the Cabinet.
c) A Cabinet member can be removed by the UN delegate, by a 2/3 vote of Cabinet, or by a 2/3 vote of all Nations in the Region.

These conditions have been accepted by the voting members of the region. The new delegate must abide by these rules.

Counting Votes

Everyone should have equal opportunity. I propose that everyone's vote counts as only 1 votes (minister or not). If a nation does not vote in time, there is no vote counted for that nation.

This region is a founding member of FIRST, the Federation of Independent Regions Standing Together. Our purpose is to develop into a worldwide coalition of regions that will help each other in the event of attack, but otherwise remain independent and unique.

Current members are Genesis, Emerald Isles, and Horned Eye Clan (pending). Currently, membership is only available to regions with less than 20 nations.

PRESIDENT ENDAL : I wish to suggest a development. I think that Saagar Patel should create another region. This new region should house all our multiple nations. For example .. Those who have more than one nation. They should keep their primary nation in GENESIS and move the others into this new region until they are needed. As long as GENESIS houses multiples .. we cannot survey our poulation and strength accurately.
