Georgios Dimitris Minopoulos, BSc(Econ) (born July 14th, 1965) is the current Prime Minister of Willink, current leader of ACT Willink, Chairman of the Willinkian Organization for International Advancement (WOIA), and founder of The Greenwell Foundation, one of the worlds largest charitable foundations.

In 2005 Minopoulos was awarded the Nobel Prize in Economics for his work in advancement of macroeconomic policies and analysis of current market policies.

Minopoulos was elected to his first term in early April 2007, replacing fellow ACT Willink member Erik Woodson as the acting Prime Minister of the Constitutional Republic. He is widely acclaimed for his devotion to protecting and expanding of civil rights and personal freedoms, and is a staunch "Interventionist Libertarian".

Early Life

Minopoulos was born in the Pavlos Andreas Memorial hospital in Ayl, Willink on July 14th, 1965 to Angelos Minopoulos, a city municipal politician, and Dareia Zoe Minopoulos, a university law lecturer at the Ayl Institute for Higher Learning (AIHL). Minopoulos also has two sibilings; a younger brother, Panos, and an older sister, Ioanna.

Spending his early years in his families home in the prestiged suburb of Ayl, Namacona, he moved with his family to Izistan for two years, where his father served as a diplomatic attache at the Willinkian embassy in Izistan City. Returning to Ayl at age 17, he completed high school before studying abroad, receiving his BSc in Economics at the University of Mandragora in Pacitalia.

Returning from his studies in 1986, he enrolled at McKellen University, the most prestigious private university in the nation, from which he attained his Master of Economics and Master of Social Science degrees in 1990.

Following in the footsteps of his father, Minopoulos joined ACT Willink, a minor party at the time, and was involved in numerous campaigns to expand the parties influence. In 1995 Minopoulos ran and was subsequently elected as representative of the Ayl parliamentary constituency.
