Gestahlian is the official language of the Gestahlian Empire. It originally began as a form of pidgin Serbian, but after the arrival of Albanian immigrants, the two languages gradually began to mix, forming a new language, to which smatterings of German were later added, with the arrival of people from Germany. The ensuing fusions gradually evolved into a whole new language, Gestahlian, that is similar to, yet also radically different from, all three. Nearly 98% of Gestahlians speak it as a first language, and almost 100% speak it with fluency or near-fluency.
