Golden Horn Inter-Regional Alliance

GHIRA, the Golden Horn Inter-Regional Alliance, is a UN oriented, "noble-cause" alliance. It has been described by Racaer a co-founder of GHIRA in its present incarnation as "more of a thinktank than an alliance." In fact, the alliance currently consists of only its two founders: Powerhungry Chipmunks and Racaer. It is based in the region The Golden Horn and, according to Powerhungry Chipmunks "GHIRA has yet to really get off the ground--we're just not really serving any clients at the moment. We do wish to change that soon though."
