The official form of government of the Empire is an imperialist monarchy. However, the office of the Supreme Cordon and his party are the true rulers of the Imperium. The government is split into four branches: the Executive Counsel, the Legislative Assembly, the Judiciary System, and the Imperial Court

The Executive Counsel

Comprised of Orsavala and the Party Congress of the Empire this body is leads the government of the empire and has supreme veto power over every other governmental station. Only the empress herself may ever override and executive veto. The Supreme Cordon is appointed by the Central Imperial Committee for life and has supreme authority over this branch, he, also, has veto power over all other stations of government he only reports to the empress.

The court deals with matters pertaining to the Imperial Government, disputes between provinces, and interpretation of the Marduuk Law, and can declare legislation or executive action made at any level of the government as underminding the Mandate, nullifying the law and creating precedent for future law and decisions. Below the Imperial High Court are the courts of appeals, and below them in turn are the district courts, which are the general trial courts for Imperial Law.

Overlording the Judiciary Conclave lies the Judge Magisters the chief arbiters and enforcers of Imperial Law.
