The GCU is the governing body of the various states and territories belonging to the state of New Cyberia. The Primarium of the GCU is located in Reeding, New Cyberia, and a representative of each state of the GCU holds position there. The Primarium is the highest government body in the GCU, and each state gets an equal say in foreign affairs. The GCU is a well maintained and well thought out organisation, and is notably professional on the international scene.
