Greenopolis is a relatively young nation in the European Union, and has a unique progressive, pacifist and green course.
History
In 2003, a one-year civil war between the Dutch-speaking and French-speaking part of Belgium started. 2.000.000 of the 10.000.000 inhabitants fled the country or were killed. But a group of green politicians, solved the conflict in 2004 and a new, federal republic was created. The People's Republic of Greenopolis. Soon elections were organised, which resulted in a massive victory for the left parties. After that, progressive movements in The Netherlands and Luxemburg won elections and they became a part. Greenopolis now contains the whole Benelux. The national anthem is "Beautiful Day" of U2.

Government
Greenopolis is a parlementarian democracy, with one parlemt: The House of the People. There are 100 parlementarians in this parlement, which are elect in the three different states (BE, NL,LUX). According to the last election, these parties have seats in the parlement:
- ULGA (United Left and Green Alliance): 40 %
- SD (Social-Democrats): 20 %
- LCF (Liberal and Capitalist Front): 12%
- CP (Communist Party): 11%
- CC (Christian Conservatives): 10 %
- Vlaams Blok (Facist and Xenofobian): 7 %
