The 31st October 2006 is remembered by Edward City population as the Halloween Crisis of 2006,when an unidentified person took control of the government and ejected all regional members.In the afternoon,when edward city retaked control,the president dissolved the Union Independent Nations and went to the UCSG Society of Gemnoviag.
