Chancellor of the Socialist Republic of Skitsojd and leader of the Skitsojd Green Party. He is the current Chancellor of the nation. He succeded Ludwig Femur on May 23rd of 1994. He was elected in 1994 with 51% of the vote. Quite a surprise considering that his party is the third largest. He was relected in 2000 with 49% of the vote. This happened after the economic stumblings during the first part of his election.

Parentage

Hanz's parents were two store clerks. They so longed to move out into the country and just live of the land. Like farmers. But they had Hanz and a farm was no place to raise him. So they sucked it up and persevered and helped Hanz in his life as best as they could. Soon though it would seem that life in the City would kill them. So one day they packed their bags and said goodbye to their 14 year old son. They supossedly went to the Frydinian Lowlands and got caught in a bog and drowned. Hanz went to live with his Uncle in Skitsojd City. It was at this point where his interest in Politics took off.

Early Life

Hanz was born in Mikail Municipal Hospital on March 23rd 1962. Early on he was a very smart little boy. He took his time with nearly everything he did. He was great with other children as well. His parents saw within him the political flame though. So they took the time whenever they could to explain certain political topic they were discussing. They hoped to help lead him to a life better then the one they gave him. He always seemed to come up with a simple yet effective solution to the problems, albeit a litlle wonky.

The Beginning

On March 23rd 1990 Hanz joined the newly formed SGP or Skitsojd Green party. His upbrining with Enviromentalist parents made the choice easy. He was scolded many times for being to moderate in his ideas. They always tried to remove him from the party. They could never get enough of the party to support it though. In the 1992 Minister Elections he was nominated for the posistion of Minister of Enviromet. He won that in a Landslide with 75% of the vote. He was ecstatic with the minister posistion. It wouldn't last though.

Chancellor?

In the 1994 Elections Hanz grudingly took the SGP's party Nomination for Chancellor. He didn't really think that he would win or even get third for that matter. But when the votes were tallied and counted Hanz was the New Chancellor. He didn't step down from his Minister position, he let the Assistants handle it.

Reelection?

In the 2000 Election Hanz received the Nomination again and won again. This time it was under the majority needed to win. A court was called and the judges reviewed the Election again and again. It wasn't until September that Hanz was officially crowned the winner. He instituted the Isolationist Bill 23 to the Reichstag to open the Nation to Foreigners during the in-between time.
