The HCU have no real enemies, but they do show a particular hatred towards democracies or fascist style nations. Their primary goal is to conquer all life in the name of the elghast Colony and Helghan. The only Region the HCU shows no intention of invading is Helghan, and so the Nation The Militant Militia of The Human Realm is safe from the massive military might of the HCU.
