Hethrum was created in the summer of 2006 by Niploma. It has stedfast grown and is citied as being amongst the top 150 regions in the world due to its size and influence. Many original Hethrum nations originated from The Anumist Alliance (a socialist region) however hethrum is a proud mix of varying political allegiances.

Government & Other Positions of Power

- Commander of the Hethrum Regional Armed Forces - Englion
- Deputy Chairman of the Regional Council - NorthernEurope
- Hethrum's Delegate to the United Nations - Ilantir
The Leader of Hethrum is, by law, the Chairman of the Regional Council. All positions are elected proportionally apart from the position of Founder which is a non-elected permentant role de facto.
Legislature
Hethrum has a unicameral legislature with the Regional Council. Every citizen (nations within Hethrum who have signed to the forum) is a Councillor within the Council and every citizen has full rights to debating, voting and proposing.
Judiciary
Although current law states that Hethrum should work to a independent Judiciary the current status-quo is that the Regional Council is both a legislature and a judiciary.
