The first Menelya and the last Menelya of the months of Tuilë, Yávië, Quellë, Coirë, and the first two Valaryas and the last two Valaryas of the months of Lairë and Hrívë, Tomanians take a day of fasting, in which they eat nor drink anything from sun up until sun down.
