The Holy Imperial Power of Phenixica is a massive, economically powerful nation, renowned for its punitive income tax rates. Its compassionate population of 3.071 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Law & Order, although Defence and Education are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 100%. A healthy private sector is dominated by the Automobile Manufacturing industry.
The tenet of free speech is held dear, people reciting Shakespeare have become a common sight, sex offenders find themselves 'cut off' from any ability to repeat their crimes, and legislation sometimes has to battle through weeks of filibustering to pass. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Phenixica's national animal is the Imperial Phoenix, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Imperial Phen.

Early Years
The Phenixican draws to routes to the southern continent on the Home planet Phenixican in the continent's central Wastelands near the River Pheni.
These Early Phenixican's were peaceful and lived together in small townships with the population of roughly 1000, The biggest one Phenixica tho had a population of 6000.
The Town of Phenixican grew from being the center of 4 main Trading routes, it was a Oasis with good farming land and strong Industry allowed it to grow wealthy and fund the construction of a small yet strong Standing Army.
Has the townships grew so did the need for farming land and wars broke out small by todays standards most Townships wanted support of Phenixica during this time and Phenixica toke advantage annexing the Towns and creating the Phenixican Kingdom. But soon rebellion broke out and Phenixica seperated into 5 tribes the Ruid,Grun,Bis,Monra and Druk unlike today back then your tribe had a huge affect on who you were.
Ruidians were the soldiers fighting in the Kingdom's armies, while the Monra were the Generals and King's (Monra meaning 'Monarch' in Old Phenixican) The Bis were the merchants and traders and were in control of the countries Economy and the Grun's were the Farmers and Explorer's which helped in the expansion of the Empire. The Druks were the Shipbuilders and Architects organising the Towns and cities so they didnt become unorganised.
The civil war was in a way a stalemate even tho the Druk's won each tribe immigrated to the coasts while the Druks were left with a Kingdom the shadow of it's former self and which would be conquered 500 years later by the Ruidians banishing the Druk's from having a home for 2000ish years.
Unification of Country and Planet
The Kingdoms of Bis,Grun,Monra and Ruid lived in peace with eachother with the Bis building a huge trade franchise and the Monra building a Colonial Empire, The Gruns were living has they always did as Nomads And the Ruidians built themselve a powerful Military Kingdom able to conquer them all.
The ruidians made good ont his and did infact conquer most of the Kingdoms leaving only a small piece of the Bis and Monra kingdoms left with the Gruns being to disunited to organise a good defence.
This is where Kathrine leader of the Phoenix Temple lead a huge revolt taking control of the Bis kingdom by killing it's council (Bis didnt have a monarch but called itself a kingdom) and declaring herself Queen of Bis and when the Monra joined in alliance and Monra's King taking Kathrines hand in marriage (one out of love and a need for power) and they had a son Perius.
When her beloved Husband died 3 months after Perius's birth Kathrine was crowned Queen of both Bis and Monra and discided that now was the time to launch a massive offence againts the Ruidian Empire.
She nearly won aswell conquering everything in her path until she was outside the Holy City itself 'Phenixica' the battle was lost due to the Grun's feared weapon, The horse.
Kathrine was put to death by toture she was Rapes,beaten and killed the worse and most disgraceful punishment in Phenixican Law. Perius was now 4 but his Bis friends in government made sure he would never forget what the Ruidians did to his Mother.
Perius was the most great military commander in Phenixican History, he could win land without even fighting and his name alone made rival nations fear him. At his death he turned the Phenixican Empire into a Hyper power in control of a good 35% of the worlds total land surface, His son would just be as great as him.
His son Cameron was a somewhat, Timid version of his father. He still had the presence and Genius but at first had trouble applying it under pressure, He would organise Campaigns before setting out on them (unlike his father who was 'pick a direction and we conquer') but this careful planning allowed him to take importent positions and he was able to get the rest of the land surface under Phenixican Control or Influence. He created a sort of (The Confederacy of the Phenixican Empire).
After this he became very confident and the Messiahist temple gave him the Title of 'Belcameron' or 'Beloved Cameron'. He was a hero to the Empire.
War for Dominance
The War for Dominance was more a war for independance but it did lead to who ruled the Galaxy. It started when the Qwelva Galaxtic Empire invaded the Phenixican Homeworld. The Empire was fast to give command to Belcameron, now a confident commander. With Industrial age weaponary like Tanks and Planes on his side he could somewhat counter the very Technologically advanced Qweva.
Belcameron by now was tired of the limitations the King was giving him at the time, He rallied the Messiahist knights together and under overthrew the king. Sending him to Death by Torture and in order to boast Morale in the nation he toke the title of 'Empe
