Homer, being the most hated man in Costa Bravo, consistenly tops the nation's "Ten Most Wanted" list, and is traditionally named the number one enemy of the state. A commitee of politicians is convened annually in order to attempt to locate and exhume this poet's corpse for a good stoning, with mixed results.
