Horatio Sullawas born The 'Burgh, in the Southside, in a predomantly ethnic neighborhood. He grew up in an atmoshere most condusive to International Affairs(well at least to the eating and drinking aspect). He attended and graduated from Stanly P. Kochowski Memorial High School. After his Schooling he recieved an appointment to the Palentine Naval Acadamy. Thus leading to...
Military Career
Horatio attended the Palentine Naval Academy, and excelled, except for a marked dislike of the ocean. Thus during his Third year he opted for the Palentine Marines, figuring that he would have less of a chance being lost at sea, and a better chance to score some tail from the grateful natives of the nations he would stop for R&R(everybody loves Marines, aspecially with their awesome uniform and sword). He graduated with honors, and was commissioned a 2nd Leutenant, after surviving the gold plated SOB...err...the Marine Officer Training Course. He served with distinction, and made it to the rank of captian, before his fall from grace. It all happened while serving on the PNS Komoniwannalaya, Apparently there were quite a few regulations that he broke, when he was caught in the Admiral's Pinnace with the Admiral's Wife, twin 18 year old Daughters, several local women of questionable and negotiable morals, and a case of the Admiral's own 15 year old single malt Scotch...the Admiral really loved that Scotch. Horatio was promply Court Marshalled and cashired from the service.
